Frank Chenault isn't a man to be called an over achiever, it will rather be safe to say he is a man who focuses on encouraging surfers to join non-profit organization to help to improve the living places and their own entertaining spaces. Frank Chenault is not only a professional surfer but also a surfer focuses on protecting his surfing place.

He started out his career in surfing at Laguna Beach in Central California and rose to stardom when he finished fourth place in the state championships of the United States Surfing Federation which gained him a place in the nationals. It has been his part of life to save the water together with the non-profit organization along with his biggest hobby--- surfing.
